The Wellness Check.
Add a structured wellness assessment to any groom. This is not a groomer's opinion dressed up. It is the Era Animal Wellness Method: a standardized 14 question intake scored the same way every time, plus a hands-on read of what your dog is actually showing us on the table. The matched seasonal Ojara ritual comes with it.

Membership does not include full grooms or haircuts; members receive 15% off when booked separately. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice, month to month only, no contract. The Wellness Check is a separate $39 add-on and is not included in membership.
